After Loss Services at Rooted to Self provide both practical guidance and compassionate presence so you do not have to navigate this time alone.

The first days after a loss can feel like a blur. This package gives you a clear starting point, an organized plan, and guidance to help you feel more grounded in what needs to be done next.
Includes:
- FREE 45-minute connection call
- 90-minute in-home or virtual session to assess immediate needs and priorities after a loss
- Review of documents, contacts, and tasks to identify what needs to be addressed first
- Guidance in contacting agencies, services, and other essential resources
- One 60-minute follow-up session within 30 days to check on progress and address new needs
- Local resource list for funeral homes, grief groups, legal contacts, and other relevant services

Extended After Loss Support is for when the work continues beyond the initial planning session. Together, we move through the paperwork, phone calls, and arrangements step by step, so you never feel alone or unsure about what comes next.
Includes:
- FREE 45-minute connection call
- Ongoing help to carry out tasks identified during the After Loss Support Package or as new needs arise
- Sorting and organizing important documents and records
- Guidance in completing forms, meeting deadlines, and contacting agencies
- Coordination help for memorial or tribute services
- Resource connections for legal, financial, or grief-specific support
- Virtual or in-person sessions (additional travel charges may apply for in-home visits)

- 4-hour package: $260
